       Hi, my name is Tommy Driscoll and this is a porfolio showcasing my talents as a pastry chef.  My passion for baking and pastry arts began as a hobby in high school and wasn’t fully realized as my career path until I received my first job at a catering company.  Through this amazing job, I was able to experience the culinary industry first hand, gaining valuable skills in order to jump start my training.  I then continued my training into college.  I currently attend Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Under the guidance of the university’s pastry chefs, I am honing my skills and craft.  I am currently on track to receiving my associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, my bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, and my master’s in Business.  I am also earning a food safety manager certification.  If you need to contact me please visit the contact page.
